Terms and Conditions of Flyfish and Field New Zealand Limited.

Payment:

A deposit of 50% of the total travel package is required to confirm the booking. Full and final payment is required 60 days prior to the commencement of your trip. Bookings made within 60 days of the commencement of your trip will require full payment on confirmation of your booking.  All prices quoted will be in NZ$ (New Zealand dollars).

Cancellations:

We strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking.  Should you need to cancel your trip for any reason, refunds apply as below:

20% of the total package is non-refundable
75% of the package price is re-funded 31 – 60 days prior to departure 
50% of the package price is re-funded 30 – 15 days prior to departure
14 days or less prior to departure there will be no re-fund.

Fishing and Hunting trips and some outdoor activities may be cancelled only under severe weather conditions. 

Should a re-scheduling date not be available then this portion of your trip will be re-funded.  Any flying cost associated with this event will be fully re-funded.

Payments can be made by Telegraphic Transfer into our bank account or by credit card. (link to credit card page)

Company Liability:

Flyfish and Field New Zealand Limited does not own or operate any tour product or service described in this webpage and will not accept liability for any acts, omissions or failure on the part of those companies, guides, or accommodation providers that provide services to Flyfish and Field New Zealand Limited.

Release Agreement:

All travelling parties warrant that we are fit and healthy to be able to participate in any of the tours and activities that have been booked on our behalf.  We understand that many of the activities are considered demanding and dangerous and can involve the risk of serious injury or death.  Flyfish and Field New Zealand Limited will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury (including death) as a result of booking tours and activities for us and further agree that no third party may make a claim on our behalf.
